A Day Off from PS…

I really needed time off just to spend with my wee family. I told myself on Tuesday NO PHOTOSHOP EDITING! I didn’t bother to turn on my computer, I didn’t bother to d/l photos…what I did end up doing….

….was be a mom and wife.

With all that said…I DIDN’T say, I wasn’t going to take any photos. lol. I trick myself often! ha. I did bring my toy with me when we went to the park. I wanted to practice on my sunflares. The sun was setting faster than I could meter…but in the end, I captured this.

Don’t worry, I didn’t edit this til yesterday..hehe.  Back to working after work.

Fresh New Look

I’ve been working on a new site and can’t wait for it’s debut. This one is much easier to work with and I’m sure everyone would enjoy all the wonderful pictures I’ll be incorporating.

MOTHER’S DAY:

With Mother’s Day just around the corner I’ve been a busy bee. New orders, reorders, projects! It’s so much fun! Now….what to get MY mom! Any ideas??? The photographer in me wants to get a her a photo frame. I’m afraid she’ll be confused as she isn’t as technologically savvy as I am. I can picture her thinking it’s a webcam.

What the Duck?!

I’ve always enjoyed the What the Duck comic strip Pixel2Canvas has on their site. One of my all-time favorite strip was WTD#97.

Yesterday, a friend of mine on a board gave me a shout and said,

…and OMG I almost fell out of my chair LMAO so hard! I want it soOO bad! There was another one that said “PHOTOSHOP, Helping Ugly People Since 1988″. I WANT THAT ONE TOO!!!!

A Start of Something Different…

I’ve been an avid Blogger member since..well ever since, and now I had made the transition to wordpress. I do hope this treats me well and I grasp the whole new environment. Please be patient with me as I figure out the unfamiliar grounds and I promise to have pics up ASAP   For now you get one of Baby K2!

It’s amazing how much one little being can light up your life. When I saw my DS run up to his uncle wanting to sing too, my heart just dropped. Moments like these make me wish my eyes acted like a video camera to where I can replay it whenever I wish….
